Established in 2002, Sailun Group Co. Ltd. (Stock Code: 601058) is the first A-share listed private tire enterprise in China, and the first enterprise who established Offshoring business in various markets including Asian-Pacific, North America and Europe. In 2023, Sailun achieved revenue of 2.59 billion yuan . Sailun’s rapid expansion, strong product profitability, and emphasis in R&D made it the 10th rank in 2023 Global Tire Company Rankings-Top 75, the 2rd in China.
Sailun had successively undertaken National Engineering Research Center for Rubber and Tire (NERCRAT), National Engineering Laboratory for Advanced Tire Equipment and Key Materials, National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Giant OTR Engineering Radial Tire and New Material Application, and State Recognized Enterprise Technology Center, etc.
Sailun manufactured its green tires by using one-of-a-kind “liquid gold”, and products made by this advanced material met EU labeling regulations for A class tire requirements. The 63 inches Giant Off-the-Road tire developed by Sailun broke the monopoly of Giant Off-the-Road tire techniques and markets from other countries, and filled the blank of this field in China.
To build world class intelligent platform for vehicle, transportation, research and development, Sailun and FAW China jointly formed Huadong Intelligent Internet of Vehicle Proving Ground and co-created Innovation Laboratory of Automotive Rubber Products Alliance.
As the pioneer and practitioner in information system construction in tire industry, Sailun ardently promote the application of information technology, such as 5G, AI and industrial internet, in rubber tire industry. In 2015, Sailun commenced its industrial network construction; in 2019, Sailun co-built 5G+AI industrial network laboratory with China Telecom. Most importantly, in 2020, Sailun launched world’s first industrial network platform——ECO Rubber Cloud and co-established the first joint AI innovation center in tire industry with IFLYTEK.
It is the strategic outlook of globalization that drove Sailun to establish their first oversea plant in Vietnam in 2012. By now, it has 7 manufacturing bases all around the world and has totally 103 million PCR, 26 million TBR, and 44.7thousand tons of OTR annual productivity.

一、技术工程师(工艺、设备、安全、仓储、质量)

作为关键岗位和技术类岗位的储备,包括工艺、设备、安全、仓储、质量等岗位,入职后安排专人带教学习业务知识。

二、客户经理(Sales Manager)
1、负责本地市场开发,包括RE渠道和KA渠道开发。
2、规划和实施当地营销战略和计划。
3、开发新客户并维护现有客户,包括制定年度销售计划、定价、订单接收等。
4、完成了公司设定的销售目标,提高了销售量和市场份额。
5、收集市场情报,并据此制定市场发展计划和竞争计划。
6、处理客户索赔和投诉。
7、定期的市场和客户访问和反馈。
8、客户接待和其他当地支持工作。

2. Plan and implement local marketing strategy and plans.
